1on1 Private Personal Training

AE Fitness 1on1 PT delivers an unprecedented amount of personalized attention to your prescription for health. From detailed attention to all of your movements in your workouts, nutritional support, custom build plans for your needs, wants, and goals and everything in between to help you evolve into the "athlete" you want to be.

This level of service creates a high level of accountability with e-mail and text message check ins, nutritional coaching & even grocery shopping together for that someone needing that extra help. 

LIFT: Semi Private Personal Training

Our LIFT Program provides you with the individualized fitness plan of 1 on 1 training in a group setting. Other individuals will be sharing the space and equipment as they work on their own individual goals at the same time.

This decreases the personalized attention you receive during your workouts, but also decreases the cost compared to 1on1 training. This type of training is great for those who are starting off their fitness journey, have a small amount of experience exercising in a gym setting & those who enjoy working out in a group but don't want to give up their individual, custom program.

Metabolic Conditioning aka. MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning, or MetCon, is based on exercise programs that make use of the immediate and intermediate energy pathways.

Metabolic conditioning exercises must be done in a specific time and intensity to use these pathways. With MetCon, the body can more efficiently burn fuel by using moderate-intensity to high-intensity interval sessions.

MetCon protocols include HIIT, Circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, Density Sets and many more.

These classes involve movement preparation, a warmup, approx 20-25 minutes of work & a cooldown with mobility work.

Athletic Development

Working mainly with youth and recreational athletes, we coach & groove in the mechanics of speed, acceleration, deceleration & change of direction while creating a foundation of strength. We then build upon those patterns to decrease reaction time & build anticipatory skills by utilizing a dynamic training enviroment.

These physical literacy skills have carry-over to every sport & aid in injury prevention. AD Training will help you get into and out of your cuts faster and increase your top speed; thats something every athletes wants!

Small Group Training

You and a handful or friends want to shed some pounds together, or train towards a road race together, or get back into shape for softball season?

Small Group Training provides the group with a custom exercise program for the entire group to follow. Different athletes in the same setting performing the same workout to keep them progressing towards their similar goals together. Different athletes, customized group program, motivating each other, evolving together, lower price point.

Online Remote Coaching

Online PT is comparable to 1 on 1 PT, just from a remote location. Online PT can provide you with a detailed exercise prescription & nutritional support for your goals, schedule and available equipment.

Online PT programs can be on your own time without a trainer beside you. Remote Coaching includes video coaching of exercises, nutritional coaching, weekly check-ins and even video &/or phone calls.

Weekly check-ins occur and your plan can be adjusted according to whatever your life throws at you; vacation, illness, an ever changing schedule, it can all be worked around to ensure your ongoing success and progress towards your goals.
